Floatlife ("we," "us," "our") operates this website and sells inflatable water loungers and related accessories. By placing an order, you enter into a contract with us under the terms below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website. By using our site, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Products & Pricing

We do our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.
  • Stock availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock availability.

Payment is processed at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.
  • We ship within the United States. International shipping may be available at checkout where applicable; customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the shipping address you provide.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

In summary:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Product Use & Safety — IMPORTANT

Floatlife products are inflatable water loungers with motorized components. Use carries inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The product is intended for use in calm, shallow water (pools, lakes, calm bays). Not for use in rough seas, strong currents, or open ocean.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times during use.
  • This product is NOT a life-saving device, NOT a personal flotation device (PFD), and is NOT approved by the US Coast Guard as a flotation device. Always wear a US Coast Guard–approved life jacket when using this product, especially in deeper water or open bodies of water.
  • Maximum weight capacity, water depth requirements, and other safety guidelines must be followed as outlined in the user manual.
  • Children must not operate the motorized components. Use by minors requires direct adult supervision.
  • Do not use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Inspect the product before each use. Do not use if damaged, leaking, or showing signs of wear.
  • The motor is for propulsion in calm water only. Do not exceed recommended speed or operate near swimmers, other watercraft, or obstacles.
  • Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding watercraft and motorized water devices, including any required licensing, registration, or operating restrictions in their area.

You use Floatlife products at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, accidents, drowning, equipment damage, or any other harm resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use outside recommended conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Floatlife, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, revenue, or use.
  • Personal injury, property damage, or death arising from product use, misuse, or third-party actions.
  • Delays, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions).

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" except where expressly stated otherwise in a written limited warranty provided with the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, designs, and product photos, is the property of Floatlife or its licensors and is protected by US copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
